The staff, everyone, was polite and lovely. Had marvellous location right in centre of Alnick, a super close walk to Alnwick town walls. Moreover, it was near Alnwick Castle as well as the center of town, the restaurant which was superb, and surrounding area.

The atmosphere and design of the hotel were impressive, and it was consistently clean throughout. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and appreciated the variety of cocktails. The town centre location was convenient, with nearby parking options. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff provided helpful advice for visiting the local attractions.

The rooms were very well decorated with very comfortable beds, amazing bathroom, as for instance, the breakfast was superb. The location was perfect and decent yet it was next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The lunch in Thai Vibe next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.
